Apple introduces new options for Health Plus

Time to Run is a series of episodes with coaching and music tailored to running routes from different cities.

If you’d like to run but aren’t interested in doing so in your own town, you might like Time to Run, a new addition too Fitness plus which guides you through an audio experience during your training. In addition to tips from coaches who drive through a new city every week, Time to Run includes music that fits each scene and photos taken by the coaches along their routes.

The new program kicks off Monday with episodes from three cities, London, Brooklyn and Miami Beach, but a new running guide will be available every week on Fitness Plus, Apple’s streaming exercise service pairs with the Apple Watch.

Time to Run is one of the Fitness Plus supplements available on Monday. Apple is also adding more musicians to its repertoire in Artist Spotlight, the series that combines workouts with music by well-known artists or bands. Time to go Also getting a third season of podcast-like audio sessions designed to get people going with new episodes from celebrities, activists, and other world influencers.

Collections, a grouping of specific workouts or meditations designed to help people achieve a specific goal, also come to the streaming service. At launch, the collections include a 30-day core challenge, improve your posture with Pilates, perfect your yoga balance poses, run your first 3 miles, strengthen your back, stretch your hips, and relax for a better bedtime.

The supplements to Fitness Plus will be available on Monday. A subscription to the service costs $ 10 per month or $ 80 per year and requires one Apple watch.
