DeChambeau stated that he tries and maintains this with everything he eat and drink throughout the day.

Of course, his day starts with a good breakfast. While the four eggs, bacon, and toast with shakes seem like a lot, his diet maintains its intensity throughout the day.

DeChambeau makes sure to consume sandwiches and GoMacro bars. On the course he has all six holes of protein shakes and one after the round. Later he eats snacks and then eats dinner, which consists of steak and potatoes.

“With the weight I just had to consume a lot more. Fortunately, I like the taste of these shakes, so I can take them pretty easily. ”

Why does DeChambeau need so many calories in a day?

If you look at his diet, the 2020 US Open ends up consuming 3,000-3500 calories a day. The heavy diet plan is designed to maintain its strength, not its size.
