November’s finest magnificence launches revealed
Now Halloween is over and the clocks have gone back, we can start thinking about the C word right?
For me, Christmas starts right after my birthday in September, but my roommate regularly reminds me that not everyone does. However, when it comes to this month’s best beauty launches, Christmas is definitely in the air.
So even if you’re not in the festive mood, stay ahead of the game and stock up on gifts. Just imagine how good it feels to have finished your shopping before the start of December!
- Gucci Beauty Holiday 2021 Matte Lipstick, £ 35 – buy here
It couldn’t be more festive than Gucci Beauty Holiday 2021 Rouge à Lèvres Mat, £ 35. The special edition packaging is simply magical and the creamy, matte formula delivers intense color without the dry lip feeling.
My favorite shade is Valeria Rose in pink-nude, but you can’t go wrong with Goldie Red, a signature pillar box shade.
Glossier Monochromes, £ 19, stays connected to makeup and includes everything you or your loved one needs for a day-and-night eye, all in the same shade in three finishes that can all be paired together to give you the intensity can vary.
As if that weren’t enough, the packaging is also refillable and recyclable. I made a vow to keep only one of the 10 trios I sent for testing, but I can’t quite let go of the shades of mesa, teak, or rosin …
- Babyliss cordless hot brush, 180 € – buy here
If you’re looking for a great item, I’m head over heels for the Babyliss Cordless Hot Brush, £ 180. I’ve never mastered the art of blow drying at home, but this clever tool delivers results without tired arms or tangled cables .
It takes 40 minutes to charge on the highest heat setting (200 ° C), but I use the lowest (160 ° C) so I manage to get my head full a few times before I have to recharge. Also, my hair has a hard time maintaining volume, so I love that I can toss the brush in my pocket and touch it up before I leave the office.
- L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Cell Renew Midnight Serum, € 29.99 – buy here
For skin care enthusiasts, the L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Cell Renew Midnight Serum, £ 29.99, is super impressive. Packed with antioxidants, vitamin E and hyaluronic acid that rehydrate, nourish and reduce signs of premature aging, the light serum is absorbed almost immediately and leaves no sticky residue.
While nothing will ever replace my beloved Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum, this is a great alternative for a fraction of the price. In addition, 96% of women found their skin looked better after four weeks of use. Sign me up!
