PWR was founded by New York fitness entrepreneurs Joel Febus, Ian Berger, and Hank Berger. They have a team of expert trainers who are dedicated to helping people improve their mind, body and spirit through intense, targeted and fun full body workouts. The goal is targeted training with long-term results and performance.

The 2,500 square meter facility offers one-hour courses that use strength and conditioning principles in combination with endurance to stimulate functionally fit customers. With a range of different memberships starting at $ 199 per month, PWR is constantly evolving to offer innovative and fast training, with no two courses being the same.

“As more of these global fitness facilities open across the country, our idea is to offer the same level of results-driven intensity in an intimate and judgment-free environment so that our members can truly feel a sense of community behind them, pushing their boundaries and achieving their goals “Said founder Ian Berger.

“We want everyone to be motivated to be the best version of themselves, so our goal is to be the best hour of your day and make you feel strong and look good too. It’s a win-win situation for everyone. “
