FITNESS Coach Cathy Mariano hosted and moderated another informative fitness webinar and virtual training online in Sunshine Place on November 15th.

Mariano, Operations Manager at Life-Care Fitness Inc. with a degree in exercise science, spoke about why adding a strength regimen to your fitness routine can help minimize the effects of age-related muscle loss.

The webinar and fitness talk were free for the first 100 participants.
