Mental Health Resources in Southwest Florida

When you are in trouble or know a loved one who is in trouble, help is available and you are not alone. There is free and instant support around the clock. Below is a list of key resources:

In an emergency

If you or a loved one is in imminent danger, call 911. It is important to notify the operator that it is a psychiatric emergency and ask for an officer trained in crisis intervention who is trained to assist people in a psychiatric emergency.

National Sexual Assault Hotline – Call 800-656-HOPE (4673)

Contact a trained sexual assault provider in your area who has access to a range of free services. Crisis chat support is available via the online hotline. Free help around the clock.
